Domaine de La Sauvageraie Annie and I created this agri-wine estate in 2008. It is made up of 9 hectares of agricultural land and one hectare of rental vines. Truffle cooking classes Our region is conducive to the natural development of truffles. We give classes in digging native truffles, accompanied by our dogs Lulu, right up to the plate, in order to learn how to prepare this mushroom.
