Domaine de La Sauvageraie
Annie and I created this agri-wine estate in 2008.
It is made up of 9 hectares of agricultural land and one hectare of rental vines.
We process all production in Bonvillars where the cellar, the store and our table d'hôte are located.
The agricultural domain is made up of:
50 acres of medicinal plant and vegetable crops
50 acres of truffle bush
120 acres of vines
3 ha of extensive and semi-intensive meadows
5 ha of field crops

We offer tastings developed according to the seasons, based on wild plants or cultivated on the estate, accompanied by local products, raw ham from woolly pigs, truffles, etc.... Our wines are adapted to each dish and are commented on. in the form of a tasting. We welcome you to the Cour de Bonvillars and take you to discover our farm.

Truffle cooking classes
Our region is conducive to the natural development of truffles. We give classes in digging native truffles, accompanied by our dogs Lulu, right up to the plate, in order to learn how to prepare this mushroom.
Hunting courses and training for your dogs
You will discover this exciting world and go looking for truffles in the forest with your dog, to recognize the places suitable for different varieties of truffles.
