A Syrah vine is planted and a plot of 2,500 m2 in Saint-Joseph is rented. The Gaelle vines are surrounded by meadows and woods, magpies and badgers (on all fours) feast on its grapes! Zero pesticides, Zero inputs, Zero sulphur, she uses vine decoctions, copper and sulfur and works as much as possible by following the moon. The vinification is carried out without input, 100% grapes.
