Created in 2022 on 1.28 ha of vines (Gamay grape variety) almost fifty years old located in Lantignié (69), in the Beaujolais-Villages appellation area.
The conversion to organic farming is underway.
The soils (sandy-loamy with shallow clay veins, green rocks from volcanism and light siliceous rocks) are left alone for the moment (picking and mowing).
The harvest is manual. Winemaking without input (a little CO2 for carbonic maceration, a little nitrogen for degassing).
