Claud Delem is a small family estate created in 2023 following the takeover of vines in Saint Martin de Gurson in Dordogne.

It extends over just over 10 hectares of vineyards, meadows, wooded and wild areas.

The vineyard of just over 6 hectares is worked in Organic Agriculture (certified since 2019), we also use plant-based preparations.

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris make up the grape varieties.

In the cellar, we extend the work carried out in the vines by vinifying as naturally as possible: little sulfur, native yeasts, no use of products or corrective wine techniques.

Today we offer four wines: natural sparkling, blouge, dry white and red. Other vintages will complete the range in the months to come.

Il s&rsquo;&eacute;tend sur un peu plus de 10 hectares de vignes, de prairies, de zones bois&eacute;es et sauvages.
Le vignoble d&rsquo;un peu plus de 6 hectares est travaill&eacute; en Agriculture Biologique (certifi&eacute; depuis 2019 ), nous utilisons &eacute;galement des pr&eacute;parations &agrave; base de plantes.

Dans le chai, nous prolongeons le travail effectu&eacute; dans les vignes en vinifiant le plus naturellement possible : peu de souffre, levures indig&egrave;nes, pas d&rsquo;utilisation de produits ou techniques correctives des vins.
Nous proposons aujourd&rsquo;hui quatre vins : p&eacute;tillant naturel, blouge, blanc sec et rouge. D&rsquo;autres cuv&eacute;es viendront compl&eacute;ter la gamme dans les mois &agrave; venir.
