It extends over just over 10 hectares of vineyards, meadows, wooded and wild areas.
The vineyard of just over 6 hectares is worked in Organic Agriculture (certified since 2019), we also use plant-based preparations.
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris make up the grape varieties.
In the cellar, we extend the work carried out in the vines by vinifying as naturally as possible: little sulfur, native yeasts, no use of products or corrective wine techniques.
Today we offer four wines: natural sparkling, blouge, dry white and red. Other vintages will complete the range in the months to come.
No rose wines at the moment.
