The work in the cellar follows the same logic: indigenous yeasts, no inputs apart from a little SO2 in very limited quantities, no fining... Produce healthy wines, respectful of the environment and the grapes produced. In the vineyard, the clay-limestone soils, typical of the Rhone plains and the old vines allow for beautiful maturities well balanced by the freshness obtained by the plunging roots.
