Granja Farm is a small organic mountain farm, founded in 2015 by a group of friends and girlfriends determined to take back a very ancient history of agriculture based on the care of the earth, plants, animals and people. On this farm we conserve and defend knowledge, experiences, sharing, seeds and stories. Seeds and stories of resistance that have brought us to this valley from many parts of Italy to oppose the construction of the TAV, a useless and harmful work. Among these mountains we exist, we resist and we create. Recovering ancient vineyards, taking care of them, replanting native vine varieties in the terraces that climb steeply between the rocks with stone steps, bringing beehives into the woods and fields, cultivating vegetable gardens, rearing hens, geese and goats, picking apples in abandoned orchards, hosting friends and woofers from all over the world. From our work come organic honey, apple juice, natural wines and other products of the earth. We produce a so-called natural artisan wine, we do not add SO2 in any part of the winemaking process, we let the indigenous yeasts work and we do not stress with filtrations or clarifications. We take care of the vineyard with organic and eco-sustainable methods. Our vineyards, scattered around the Val di Susa, cover a total area of about 5 hectares, 3 of which are not accessible to mechanical means. The average yield is 20 quintals/ha. In recent years we have drastically reduced the quantities of copper and sulfur in the vineyard in favor of macerates and essential oils in order to restore the plants' self-defences.

Granja Farm è una piccola azienda biologica di montagna, nata nel 2015 da un gruppo di amici e amiche decisi a riprendere in mano una storia molto antica dell’agricoltura basata sulla cura della terra, delle piante, degli animali e delle persone.
In questa Fattoria conserviamo e difendiamo saperi, esperienze, condivisioni, semi e storie. Semi e storie di resistenza che ci hanno portati in questa valle da molte parti d’Italia per contrastare la costruzione della TAV, un’opera inutile e dannosa.
Tra queste montagne esistiamo, resistiamo e creiamo. Recuperando vigneti antichi, curandoli, reimpiantando varietà di viti autoctone nei terrazzamenti che salgono ripidi in mezzo alle rocce con scalette di pietra, portando arnie nei boschi e nei campi, coltivando orti, allevando galline, oche e capre, raccogliendo le mele nei frutteti abbandonati, dando ospitalità ad amici e woofer da tutto il mondo. 
Dal nostro lavoro nascono il Miele bio, il Succo di mela, i Vini Naturali e altri prodotti della terra.
Produciamo un vino artigianale cosiddetto naturale, non aggiungiamo SO2 in alcuna parte del processo di vinificazione, lasciamo lavorare i lieviti indigeni e non stressiamo con filtrazioni o chiarifiche. Curiamo la vigna con metodi biologici ed ecosostenibili. Le nostre vigne, sparse in giro per la Val di Susa, coprono un’estensione totale di circa 5 ettari dei quali 3 non accessibili ai mezzi meccanici. La resa media è di 20 qli/ha.
Negli ultimi anni abbiamo drasticamente ridotto le quantità di rame e zolfo in vigna a favore di macerati e oli essenziali al fine di ripristinare le autodifese delle piante.
