Domaine Entras is a wine and peasant farm in the Gers, on clay-limestone soils in Organic Agriculture and biodynamic preparations. On the 30 hectares of vineyard that make up the Domaine, Michel Maestrojuan and his entire team produce Côtes de Gascogne wines, Flocs de Gascogne and Armagnac, as well as a traditional grape must mustard. The estate also cultivates, on around sixty hectares, various cereals (corn, soy, small spelled, etc.) sold in short and long circuits. Wild fallow land surrounds vineyards and cultivated plots as well as kilometers of natural and renewed hedges, groves and open-air trees. Nesting boxes or habitats for birds and bats are regularly installed to promote biodiversity. In the vineyard, the work of the soil, the use of plant cover, the organic amendments contribute to creating a living viticulture. For his wines, Michel intervenes as discreetly as possible with light pumping over of partially or totally scratched reds. The white wines are vinified in vats or in barrels on total lees after slow pressing without sulphiting and light settling. The wines are made naturally with indigenous yeasts. Little or no filtration. Aging in vats, barrels or jars depending on the different wines. Michel restricts the use of sulfur on some of his cuvées. The estate's Armagnacs are distilled in Armagnac Stills, traditionally aged in 400-litre "rooms" made of South-West oak, bottled close to natural strength without any addition of caramel or sugar. They reflect the terroir of the Ténarèze.

Le Domaine Entras est une ferme viticole et paysanne du Gers, sur terroirs argilo-calcaires en Agriculture Biologique et préparations biodynamiques.

Sur les 30 hectares de vignoble qui composent le Domaine, Michel Maestrojuan avec toute son équipe produisent des vins de Côtes de Gascogne, des Flocs de Gascogne et de l'Armagnac ainsi qu'une moutarde traditionnelle au moût de raisin. Le domaine cultive également, sur une soixantaine d’hectares, diverses céréales (maïs, soja, petit épeautre...) vendues en circuit court et long.

Des jachères sauvages entourent vignoble et parcelles cultivées ainsi que des kilomètres de haies naturelles et renouvelées, des bosquets et des arbres de plein vent. Des nichoirs ou des habitats pour les oiseaux et les chauves-souris sont régulièrement installés pour favoriser la biodiversité.

A la vigne, le travail du sol, l'utilisation de couverts végétaux, les amendements organiques participent à créer une viticulture vivante.

Pour ses vins, Michel intervient le plus discrètement possible avec des remontages légers sur les rouges partiellement ou totalement éraflés. Les vins blancs sont vinifiés en cuve ou en barrique sur lies totales après des pressurages lents sans sulfitage et des débourbages légers.

Les vins sont élaborés naturellement avec les levures indigènes. Peu ou pas de filtration. Des élevages en cuve, en barriques ou en jarres selon les différents vins. Michel restreint l’utilisation du soufre sur une partie de ses cuvées.

Les Armagnacs du domaine sont distillés sur Alambic Armagnacais, élevés traditionnellement dans des « pièces » de 400 litres en chêne du Sud-Ouest, embouteillés proche du degré naturel sans aucune adjonction de caramel ou de sucre. Ils reflètent le terroir de la Ténarèze.
