At the head of a family estate of 30 hectares, including 6 hectares of vines, my objective is to maximize the biodiversity of our environment made up of vines, olive trees and truffle oaks: attention paid to the soil with sheep grazing in winter, sowing of plant cover, grassing and green manure in the vines. The manual harvest is done in the cool of the night. Certified organic since 2021, we carry out few interventions in the cellar, with no inputs other than the strict minimum of sulfur on certain vintages. We welcome guests for the tasting of our wines. For those who want to know more about our activity as winegrowers, we welcome you by reservation in a guest room, and (or) for a very complete tour of the estate (vines and cellar).
