Terre dei Borghi is a family-run farm located on the southern slope of the Euganean Hills, in Arquà Petrarca (PD). Nicolò and Barbara cultivate this business with passion. After so much traveling they decided to go home, to their land, ready to roll up their sleeves to tell a new story, that of Terre dei Borghi, a company that extends over an area of 4 hectares in the hills (150 meters above sea level) of calcareous soil. Mainly Cabernet Franc and Merlot varieties are grown. In addition to the "red" varieties, we cultivate some rows of Garganega grapes, an indigenous variety of the area. The cultivation of the land follows the organic method, therefore only copper and sulfur are used in the vineyard. A small tractor is used for work in the vineyard. The harvest is carried out by hand when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. All wines are vinified in steel barrels with spontaneous leavening and maceration on the skins. The refinement is done in steel barrels. We are in organic conversion with the end of the conversion period in 2023, 2 of the 4 hectares are already organic. The certification body we rely on is Valoritalia.

Terre dei Borghi è un'azienda agricola a conduzione familiare che si trova nel versante sud dei Colli Euganei, ad Arquà Petrarca (PD). 
Nicolò e Barbara coltivano questa attività con passione. Dopo tanto viaggiare hanno deciso di tornare a casa, alla loro terra, pronti a rimboccarsi le maniche per raccontare una storia nuova, quella di Terre dei Borghi,
un'azienda che si estende su una superfice di 4 ettari in collina (150 mt slm) di terreno calcareo. Vengono coltivate principalmente varietà Cabernet Franc e Merlot. Oltre alle varietà "rosse" coltiviamo alcuni filari di uva Garganega, varietà autoctona della zona. 
La coltivazione dei terreni segue il metodo Biologico, pertanto in vigna si interviene solamente con rame e zolfo. Per le lavorazioni in vigneto viene utilizzato un piccolo trattore. La vendemmia è condotta a mano quando le uve raggiungono la maturazione ottimale. 
Tutti i vini sono vinificati in botte d'acciaio con lievitazione spontanea e macerazione sulle bucce. L'affinamento viene fatto in botte d'acciaio.
