Passionate about vines and wine, I decided to settle in my native region, Puisaye Forterre Located on the borders of Burgundy, on the outskirts of France. halfway between Sancerre and Chablis. There are no longer many vines left in the region. share a few acres.
I took over a fallow plot in 2018, then 1 ha in 2019. Reviving a vanished vineyard and replanting the hillsides formerly cultivated with vines, that's it! what was the project! The vines are worked according to the principles of organic farming. A lot of work is being carried out on the plots in order to increase the biodiversity of the land. by the presence of hedges, plantations with come from fruit trees.
The first planting was carried out at the beginning of April 2020 with 0.75ha of chardonnay. At the end of 2019, the project expanded with the takeover of the Ferme de l'Orme du Pont located in Paris. Ste Colombe sur Loing, not far from the vineyards. 75ha surround these 19th century buildings.
A complete project is taking shape: a mixed-culture farm (field crops and vines) with more than term an activity breeding which will be added. Creating diversity of crops and activities to create an agronomic, economic and social balance within the farm.
