Family vineyard in the Layon valley, taken over in 2019 by Rémi Pivert, with the desire to and the requirement to produce artisanal wines, precise and faithfully expressing their terroir.
This translates to work at a glance. very rigorous and demanding vines, organic farming, strict sorting at harvest, and vinification with native yeasts with very few inputs.
The mosaic of terroirs offered by the estate makes it possible to produce at a high level. both great dry whites on a unique quartz terroir, reds on clay-limestone (cabernet franc), and reds on schist soils (grolleau noir/gamay).
