The Domaine is now installed on an area of just over 5 hectares, 3.5 in production (1 and a half hectares was lost in the fires in July 2022 and is currently being uprooted). The vineyard is located north of Uzès, in the village of Vallabrix (Grenache, Syrah, Sauvignon), on the ancient alluvium of the Rhône, the landscape is therefore hilly. The soils are quite diverse (Limestone, Limestone-loamy, Clay-limestone and Loamy).
The estate's vines are worked with a draft horse, the inter-row is never worked on the farm. with agricultural tools, except in the year the vines are purchased (for leveling, making the first seeds, etc.). The soil is then worked with seeds in order to decompact the soil, to provide nutrients for the vines (nitrogen, organic matter, etc.) in order to promote mycorrhizae which will facilitate communication between the plants and therefore prevent damage. diseases.
