My goal is to produce wines that are totally representative of my terroir and the vintage and therefore only use grapes; since 2011, all my wines are born without any input. I want to propose wines that are alive, personal, authentic, non-reproducible, sometimes disturbing but always sincere. In the vineyard, light plowing with the tractor or chaser with interceps, rotary grinder, brush cutter, exceptional contribution of organic fertilizers, dusting with sulfur against powdery mildew and no copper; it works in general without problems in my dry and windy soil (except this year!). In the cellar, manual harvesting in crates to respect the integrity of the grapes, de-stemming / manual crushing, bottling without yeasting or sulphiting. Accompaniment of the grapes by pigeage and / or reassembly and / or shedding according to grape variety, vintage and intuition. No sticking, no filtration or very light filtration at bottling. All interventions, in the vineyard as in the cellar (including racking and bottling), are carried out according to the lunar calendar, as far as possible. I am a winemaker since 1997 and have committed myself from the start in a bio approach. I was certified by Ecocert in 2004 to participate in some fairs requiring an official certification. Since 2011, I work according to the charter of natural wines. 100% of my wines are made in a natural way

Mon objectif est de produire des vins totalement représentatifs de mon terroir et du millésime et donc de n'utiliser que du raisin; depuis 2011, tous mes vins naissent sans aucun intrant. Je veux proposer des vins vivants, personnels, authentiques, non reproductibles, parfois dérangeants mais toujours sincères.
A la vigne, labour léger au tracteur ou chenillard avec interceps, gyrobroyeur, débroussailleuse, apport exceptionnel d'engrais organiques, poudrage au soufre contre l'oïdium et aucun cuivre; cela fonctionne en général sans problème dans mon terroir sec et venté (sauf cette année !). A la cave, vendange manuelle en cagettes pour respecter l'intégrité du raisin, éraflage/foulage manuel , mise en cuve sans levurage ni sulfitage. Accompagnement des raisins par pigeage et/ou remontage et/ou délestage selon cépage, millésime et intuition. Pas de collage, pas de filtration ou une filtration très légère à la mise en bouteille. Toutes les interventions, à la vigne comme à la cave (notamment soutirages et mise en bouteille), sont réalisées en fonction du calendrier lunaire, dans la mesure du possible.
Je suis vigneron depuis 1997 et me suis engagé dès le départ dans une démarche bio. Je me suis fait certifier par Ecocert en 2004 afin de pouvoir participer à certains salons demandant une certification officielle. Depuis 2011, Je travaille selon la charte des vins naturels.
