Ce Banyuls dont le vin de base est de 1952 a été élevé en "solera". Ce très long vieillissement lui apporte un caractère "Rancio", aux mariages subtils d'arômes de fruits secs, de cires d'abeilles et de moka avec un corps d'une richesse éblouissante.
