The business was established in September 2015 and is still run by owners Michael and Elizabeth Kinney. They are supported by a small and talented team which includes Kevin Kinney, the cheese monger, Matthew Hickerson, the buying manager, and Anna England-Knott, Rebecca Nutter, Marybeth Kohlfeld, Brendan Davis, and Autumn George as sales associates.
Cork & Rind is dedicated to providing customers with a wide selection of natural wines, artisanal cheese, craft spirits, beer, and other hand-selected artisan products. The shop aims to not only offer these products but also educate customers about each of them, showcasing their passion for their craft. They believe that good wine is good wine, regardless of the type, and once customers try the wines they carry, they are inspired to further explore the world of natural wines.
