Since its inception in December 2015, Forno Brisa has been on a mission to infuse food with a political essence, fostering goodness, protecting communities, environments, and combating food waste.
As a specialty bakery, Forno Brisa offers a diverse range of products, from locally sourced bread made from their flour harvested in Nocciano (Abruzzo) to artisanal chocolates and specialty coffees roasted on-site. Tray pizzas, craft beers, and natural wines further enrich the selection. They are open from breakfast to dinner as well.
Central to Forno Brisa's ethos is the belief that quality transcends individual products. Meticulous selection, deep understanding, and responsible sourcing are key, with a focus on transparency and awareness.
