Neuburger, Slovenské vineyard fieldblend of red, white and table grapes - Jihomoravský kraj - Moravské zemské víno
Raisin issu de vieilles vignes de deux parcelles différentes, les mieux exposées ont été choisies pour ce millésimes. Un petit peu de macération (max 10%) qui donne la matière et le goût particulier sans que ce soit un vin orange. Fermentation avec levures indigènes en demie muids de chêne et d’acacia, avec élevage de deux ans sur lies.
Troublemaker - belle macération de neuburger ! Découverte pour ce cépage, une jolie macération pelliculaire avec des touches oxydatives et des arômes de fruits jaunes et fruits à coque. On se croirait... dans le Jura ! Deuxième cuvée goûtée à Prague pour ce vigneron, décidément à recommander !

Troublemaker is the wine with which Milan is most identified, and his desire and goal is to show the potential of this variety that was historically present in Moravian vineyards, but due to its delicacy and low yields, it was replaced by more practical and economical varieties. Where others see a flaw, Milan recognized the value. He says that working with Neuburger makes him focus, listen and slow down. Guided by terroir, TRBLMKR is also part of the 'white line', which consists of several labels of serious and complex wines that come from older vineyards and undergo a longer aging period. An elegant, precise and clear wine with notes of almonds, ripe apples, oranges and attractive salinity.
