Un rosé très nature, rafraîchissant, sur les petits fruits rouges et légèrement acidulé en bouche. Une belle quille d'apéro qui me rappelle "Pause Canon Rosé" du domaine Le Raisin et l'Ange par certains aspects, bien que les cépages soient très différents.

What a banger! On my list for a while, but kept it for autumn season! Nice dark-ish rose, fresh fermenty taste.
First off, very glugable. Very low on the vinegar kombucha taste that can sometimes be common. Extremely floral on the nose. Slight tingle of effervescence. All in all a delightful juice worth buying.
Unusual fruits found at first smell (kiwi!! ), nice structure, easy to drink and share. Half way between a rose and a light rotwein!
