9.5 / zero / biodynamic / $30 / it's like falling in love with natural wine the first time, all over again. So many amazing Spanish wines out there right now. This one though! Brought to the states via Selections de la Vina, who are quickly becoming my most trusted importer. I will pretty much try anything with their name attached and be happy. But this wine.... super evocative of fresh raspberries on the nose and palate. Floral notes on palate also. Frizzante in the most "I'm alive!!!" way natural wines can be. Cloudy, hazy, dark pink, tiny bubbles. Beautiful. I think this might be the first time I've had tempranillo rose (probably not true), and it has ruined me for skin contact tempranillo. Yay! I really like this one. :)

Brambley just this side of ripe strawberries and white balsamic. Little bubs too!
