Nez végétal/ bouché magnifique, fruité/ minérale
Cabernet Franc from Anjou under control with typical features, black pepper, paprika, raspberries, violet... concentration, low alcohol, thin tannins and bright fruit, vegetal freshness but no rough "green" taste. So good
Très rond, très doux, le côté poivron vert du cabernet franc est délicat même dans la jeunesse. Très agréable!
Parfait après un bon chinois et quelques litres de tsing tsao
