My preferred wine🍷
Jolie syrah, pas confiturée comme je le craignais .
Rosso rubino, corpo pieno, speziato (pepe, cardamomo, tabacco, vaniglia, chiodi di garofano), balsamico (timo, eucalipto), frutta rossa matura (confettura di fragole, lamponi), minerale.
Just Aldo!
Sooooo nice. Intense, yet airy. Meat and minerals. Superb at 14 degrees. I can recognize the taste and smell of the earth and salty breeze from Aldo's vineyards in Sicily.
