Sep 2023Ouahou. Ça vaut le coup si vous venez de la vieille ville de fuir les touristes pour découvrir ce petit resto niché entre des immeubles. Mes plats sont extra-ordinaires. Entant que vegetarien nous avons kiffé les concombres dressés avec une sauce au wasabi et les tomates sucrees aux baie d'argousier. Les kopytkas cuisinées simplement au beurre un délice. Quant au vins nous avons commencé par furmint hongrois minéral volcanique d'Oliver weingartner et coup de cœur ensuite pour le johanniter "anemone ", vin polonai local d une toute petite production qui sert principalement à alimenter le restaurant. Si artisanal et si petite production que les étiquettes sont écrites à la main. Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce raisin !!!
