Lug 2022We drove a little over an hour to the pretty village of Eymet. I had discovered Le Margo on the Raisin app and we were looking forward to discovering this wine bar. I have a great passion for natural wines and was really looking forward to tasting everything and buying a few bottles. It was Sunday and apparently there was brunch from 11am to 4pm, but by reservation (which we didn't know). Anyway, when we got there we just had a place in the folding chairs on the square, in front of the bar. The male waiter was quite friendly and tried his best. When after my first glass of wine, out of curiosity, I went inside to look at their selection, I was immediately snapped in a haughty way by the hostess with "sir, what are you looking for?", exactly as if I was an intruder. I quickly ordered a glass of red, we would have liked to eat something, but that was impossible, they said. Everything was supposedly full. Bizarrely enough, all the tables were empty around 2 pm… they clearly didn't feel like it I think. A very disappointing experience. If all goes well I'll be the first to write a great review, but if it's really poor like today it can also be said. Maybe we weren't welcome as tourists.
