This wine was the catalyst into my obsession with natural wines when I had it in Paris 2 years ago. Still one of my favs!
Un sauvignon vif et rock, un peu comme sortir au cœur de Rennes mais en restant sur le canapé.
Great nose. Some apple. Some sweetness. Nice concentration. A little wood I expect. We can drink this All damn day. Rue the la right here please.
I love how this drinks: lime, gooseberries, and melon; vanilla and cedar. Lovely acidity lingering in the corners of the mouth.
A familiar one in the wine bars of Paris: "The Street of Thirst" :) - great stuff totally the way I like it! Powerful in the nose, a bit unfiltered, funky and brain tinkling dynamic.
Bien aérer / oxygéner le vin avant dégustation (personnellement après 3 jours d’ouverture il était encore meilleur)... pour révéler des goûts de coings, abricots et fleur de sureau
Pas du tout le sauvignon classique. Superbe bouche, chouette fruit et belle longueur!!!
Not opened just yet, but had the rose sometime last year and I was certainly impressed!
