Perfumed nose of citrus rind, dried apricots, acacia and herbs. Dry, tannic, sappy. Delicious.
Un beau vin de macération avec une légère amertume . On croque le raisin. Miam !!!
Super wine!! Biodynamically farmed. I have always thought that Albana is a perfect grape for skin-contact and amphora fermentation/ageing and this wine confirms my theory 💘 On the nose there are beautiful aromas of peach, apricot, marmelade, honey & a sprinkle of cinnamon. It was full bodied with goood acidity and nice light tannins. I absolutely loved it paired with rice and curry chicken. Must try!
Lovely amber color. After breathing for 30 minutes the palate was crushed apricots and mineral juice. Quite smooth with some integrated tannins which lent it some nice structure. Don’t drink it too cold. It paired nicely with swordfish.

A very nice wine. Amphora. Deep and fresh with tones of whiskey (smokey) & apricot. A nice bitter an tanine-ish finish. 🧡🧡🧡
