Earthy and spicy aromas, with bright acidity and CO2, the pair coming together somewhat harshly, overwhelming the lovely fruit. Prefer the espumoso ancestral version.
Vin espagnol de la région de penedes. Pas mal de volatile qui lui apporte de la fraîcheur, à ne pas mettre dans des gosier conventionnels.
Aromatic nose with red fruit and red berries. The mouth is similar with some fermentative flavors. Meaning a bit funky, which I love. But it’s very gentle. Another beautiful wine from Partida Creus.
