11%. Has a hint of volatile, but at this level it’s like a touch of vinegar on a salad. Light on its feet, with pretty red fruit, bright acidity, low extraction, no dumb wood, and can be drunk like grown-up cranberry juice. Like this a lot.
C’est très nature, bien ouvert après 2 jours dehors, assez fin, pas mal d’acidité.
Smells a bit like petroleum, in the good way! Red berries. Good acidity. Easy! Very nice wine!
Un côté amylique et une légère réduction au nez. La bouche est fruité et le côté épicé du vin ressort. Une buvabilité extrême et un vin très complexe dans sa simplicité... Un grand vin qui étonne tout le monde ! Un vin espagnol à 11 degrés avec une maturité comme celle la, c’est rare ! Vivement la prochaine quille !
