Catalan cousin of the Mourvèdre, the Garrut grape is the basis of this wine, a journey all in bubbles, in the depths and in the pulp of the black fruits, the darker bright and crunchy ones, black cherries, black currants, black olives, sour cherries, blackberries and blueberries , then turn to bitter orange, chinotto and spices. A completely atypical, savory, fresh and fragrant earthy drink, an accentuated acid backbone, a fantastic aftertaste really pleasant, inviting and drinkable.
