Gamay de Auverne. Grown on volcanic soil which really adds to the liveliness of this petnat! Natural ferment method ancestrale sparkling rosé. A super light, unctuously juicy, young, well balanced and incredible acid. This wine is alive! It’s living! Utterly gluggable!
A bit sweet, easy to drink, fresh, good for apero, pairs well with chips and greasy snacks.
Sympathique Gamay pétillant, avec une structure tannique qui change un peu des pétillants habituels. Idéal à l'apéro avec une bonne charcuterie.
6.2 / $35 / Not really feeling this one. Feels like there is a lot of residual sugar, although not sure how that works with a pet nat. Tart cherry taste, but sweet like candy. Other fruits too - raspberry, plums, and even a slight grassiness. Actually, maybe a honey like taste or maybe even bubble gum. Was expecting a lot more from this, especially for the price. It is kind of interesting, but a half glass is all i would want. Definitely will not buy again. A shame this came from 120 year old gamay vines. I'd like to think something nicer could have been made from that. Sigh. Pass.
Sans sulfites ajoutés. Au départ ce vin vient d’une récolte ravagée par la grêle. Depuis c’est un indispensable de nos caves en été
Really delicious. Has a good amount of sugar, tastes like really ripe raspberries. Good effervescence, paired with spice quite well.
Pétillant naturel doux Festejar, Patrick BOUJU, Domaine La Bohème Cépage gamay d'Auvergne. Pétillant, frais, fuité... un pur jus de grande buvabilité ! Nez de fruits rouges, fraise et framboise. Belle bouche plaisante, assez ronde et plutôt puissante. Le vin est bien construit, l'équilibre est demi-sec. Jolie finale acidulée. On l’a vu tout seul en terrasse par cet après-midi chaud et ensoleillé de confinement, peu alcoolisé... on en a passé plusieurs bouteilles avec modération, qu’on a laissé à l’ombre à la cuisine !
Désaltérant, le meilleur pet nat avec le pink bulles de j. Maupertuis !
Top Pet Nat de chez Bouju. La réputation n'est pas surfaite. Partenaire parfait d'une jolie fête !!
Bof bof. Bien pour la chandeleur et crêpes au sucre. Mais très très basique !
