Trebbiano - Abruzzo - Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC
The nose is complex and comes with fresh hints of rennet apple, pear and wild herbs, harmoniously combined with hints of wax and white peach aromas. The taste is mineral with flavors of beer and wheat. Acidity is incisive. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo of the "Anfora" line produced by the Cirelli winery is really very interesting. It is obtained by fermenting the Trebbiano grapes, in amphorae in contact with the skins for twenty days. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC "Anfora" by Cirelli remains in amphora with fine lees for another 240 days. It is not filtered before bottling. It is bright and fresh.
