Du fruit et de jolis tanins. A laisser respirer, c’est encore meilleur.
I’m pretty sure that this is the first wine I’ve had that smelled and tasted just like freshly cracked black pepper and aged balsamic vinegar. In a good way. Wines like this are the reason I fell in love with natural wine, surprising, unique, and delicious.
