Complex , still strong but developed 🍁
A strange bird. Unexpectedly tannic, and unexpectedly 12,5% for a 2003. No longer primary, but not yet secondary. Required food for the disjointed parts to come together, but the best thing about it, in the end, was just how different it was from the expected.
