The Carussin farm was founded in 1927 in S. Marzano Oliveto, a small town in the southern Astigiano Monferrato located on the hills between Nizza Monferrato and Canelli, following the settlement of the founder: Ferro Maggiore, coming from nearby Calosso. Hence the nickname in Piedmontese dialect of the Carussin farmhouse: ie Calossese. Currently Luigi and Bruna "graft their dreams" on the inherited reality, applying their philosophy of life. With Luca Elisabetta and Eugenio, Matteo, Giorgia and Iris the family group is completed. With the Clan! Destino brewery? Luca has decided to continue in his own way, with his style, the journey of his family in the world of good drinking, starting a production of craft beer. Matteo and Giorgia are dedicated to the countryside and their Orto in vigna project. Since 1984 no substances harmful to nature have been used on the entire surface. Carussin is waiting for you to visit the cellars: the route starts from the "cellar of the heart" where Bruna's ancestors worked and continues through the aging in wood and in the bottle, you can visit the winemaking cellar and our vineyards. Exciting are also the activities carried out with the Asinelli. Bruna has used her great passion and love for this animal by creating playful activities with the educational farm "Asinoi, Pane e Coccole", which has the function of communicating the satisfying and complex simplicity that the Donkey transmits; with the donkey even a simple walk communicates well-being thanks to an ancestral balance inherent in it. L'azienda agricola Carussin nasce nel 1927 a S. Marzano Oliveto, un piccolo Comune del Sud Monferrato Astigiano situato sulle colline tra Nizza Monferrato e Canelli, in seguito all'insediamento del fondatore: Ferro Maggiore, proveniente dalla vicina Calosso. Da qui il soprannome in dialetto Piemontese della cascina Carussin: ossia Calossese. Attualmente Luigi e Bruna “innestano i loro sogni” sulla realtà ereditata, applicando la loro filosofia di Vita. Con Luca Elisabetta e Eugenio, Matteo, Giorgia e Iris si completa il gruppo di famiglia. Con il birrificio Clan!Destino? Luca ha deciso di proseguire a modo suo, con il suo stile, il cammino della sua Famiglia nel mondo del buon bere, dando il via ad una produzione di birra artigianale. Matteo e Giorgia si dedicano alla campagna e al loro progetto di Orto in vigna. Dal 1984 anni non vengono impiegate sostanze nocive per la natura sull'intera superficie. Carussin Vi aspetta per farVi visitare le cantine: il percorso inizia dalla “cantina del cuore” dove lavoravano gli avi di Bruna e prosegue attraverso l’affinamento in legno ed in bottiglia, si potranno visitare la cantina di vinificazione e le nostre vigne. Emozionanti sono, inoltre, le attività svolte con gli Asinelli. Bruna ha adoperato la sua grande passione ed amore per questo Animale creando attività ludiche con la fattoria didattica “Asinoi, Pane e Coccole”, che ha la funzione di comunicare l'appagante e complessa semplicità che l'Asino trasmette; con l'Asino anche una semplice passeggiata comunica benessere grazie ad un ancestrale equilibrio in lui insito.
