La Cave aux fioles is in Northern Catalonia, in the heart of Roussillon and nowhere else. It is between Rivesaltes and the foothills of the Corbières that I settled.

Since 2018, I have worked with passion and respect for the living of our terroir of beautiful ocher clays on the Karstic plateau of Corbières. Our land extends over seven hectares of small plots of old vines.

Pruning the “goblet” vine requires almost exclusively manual work throughout the seasons. This cultivation method is perfectly adapted to the arid, windy and sunny climate of our Earth. We are certified Nature Method, Organic and practice biodynamics.

Our yields are very low, which allows us to harvest fully ripe fruit from well-adapted native grape varieties: Lledoner Pelut, Carignan, Macabeu, Malvoisie and Grenache blanc.

Our commitment includes manual work, joy, respect for nature and humans.
