Guided by curiosity, the desire to support our cultures and create good and healthy products, we launched our project – ETXE, Winegrowers & Brewers – in 2020 Latour de France.

In the beautiful landscapes of Fenouillèdes, the terroirs are harsh and the challenges are numerous.
Our idea? Diversify to develop complementarities between our productions - for the moment wine & beer - and limit inputs to the plot as much as possible. the bottle

Les Vignes:
5 ha of old vines on the schist terroirs of Latour de France | Montner | Estagel and on granite arenas at Lansac | Roussillon
Vineyard management: certified; in Organic Agriculture for more than 20 years, use of organic treatments; plant base, diversification of production with sowing of barley between rows of vines and fruit trees planted on the row
 

Grape varieties:
Black grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Lledoner Pelut.
White grape varieties: mosaic of Mediterranean white grape varieties planted on a single plot: Grenache blanc, Grenache gris, White Carignan, Macabeu, Malvoisie du Roussillon, Clairette.
 

Winemaking philosophy:
Guide our grapes so that they best express our terroirs: native yeasts , without inputs or as little as possible depending on the vintages and vintages, no filtration or fining; All of our vintages are placed on the market with sulphite contents below the detection threshold (10 mg/L).
