Wine estate located in Saint-Hippolyte, at the foot of the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.
Independent owner of 27 hectares of vines for four generations, we work according to the principles of biodynamics, in order to produce certified natural wines. In 2014, David and Marianne took over the family estate, which they now manage with their team, from the vines to the cellar. Upon their arrival, the entire estate switched to biology then biodynamics, in parallel with agroforestry, before obtaining the Vin Method Nature label in 2019.
We are therefore Ecocert, Demeter, Agri-forest and VMN certified. Our main idea is the creation of a plant symbiosis, a preserved and renewed eco-system. The soils are alive, not plowed, grassed, mulched. The entire surface is harvested manually. Emblematic plot of the estate, Langenberg, characterized by its very particular granite soil (mica, quartz and feldspars) south-facing terraced plot of 10 hectares.
We experiment and improve our methods without any treatment, plant decoctions, horn dung. All our labels have their history and are created by our Strasbourg tattoo artist: Jubsyking.

Notre id&eacute;e principale est la cr&eacute;ation d&rsquo;une symbiose v&eacute;g&eacute;tale, un &eacute;co-syst&egrave;me pr&eacute;serv&eacute; et renouvel&eacute;. Les sols sont vivants, non labour&eacute;s, enherb&eacute;s, paill&eacute;s. Toute la surface est vendang&eacute;e manuellement. Parcelle embl&eacute;matique du domaine, le Langenberg, caract&eacute;ris&eacute; par son sol tr&egrave;s particulier de granit (mica, quartz et feldspaths) parcelle en terrasse expos&eacute;e plein sud de 10 hectares.
Nous exp&eacute;rimentons et am&eacute;liorons nos m&eacute;thodes sans aucun traitement, les d&eacute;coctions de plante, la bouse de corne. Toutes nos &eacute;tiquettes ont leur histoire et sont r&eacute;alis&eacute;es par notre artiste tatoueur strasbourgeois&nbsp;: Jubsyking.
