The 7.5 hectare estate is located in the wine region of Haute-Savoie, on the shores of Lake Geneva, spread over 2 appellations: Crépy and Marin. We cultivate the Chasselas grape variety, leaving the appellations voluntarily to make quality wines appreciated and demanded by our demanding customers. Our Estate was completed by the planting of other grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Savagnin, Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, altesse and chenin, as well as the acquisition of a plot of Gamay. The harvest is done in several passes in order to collect the grapes at better maturity. The wine making is traditional, long and the aging in barrels, ovoid vats, amphorae and pyramid. The manual harvest is carried out with a demanding sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar on a vibrating sorting table. We voluntarily produce a low yield in order to offer our customers precise and balanced wines. Our old and damaged vines are plowed on horseback. After the harvest, our vines are entrusted to the sheep for the maintenance of the soil. Our vines are treated with medicinal plants harvested in the mountains and dried on the estate, as well as essential oils. We use the global calendar for most interventions on the vines, winemaking and bottling. Our new tanks are built by us by incorporating spring water from Thonon les Bains. Local gravel and chamonix sand, to be able to vinify on our terroir. All interventions on our vines and our wines are carried out with the utmost respect for biodynamics.

Le domaine de 7.5 hectares se situe dans la région viticole de Haute-Savoie ,au bord du Lac Léman, réparti sur 2 appelations: Crépy et Marin. Nous cultivons le cépage Chasselas, en étant sortie des appellations volontairement pour faire des vins de qualité appréciés et demandés par notre clientèle exigeante. Notre Domaine a été complété par la plantation d'autres cépages comme le Chardonnay, le Savagnin, le Sauvignon, le Pinot Gris, l'altesse et le chenin, ainsi que l'acquisition d'une parcelle de Gamay.

Les vendanges se font en plusieurs passages afin de ramasser le raisin à meilleure maturité. La vinification est traditionnelle, longue et l'élevage dans des tonneaux, cuves ovoïdes, amphores et pyramide. Les vendanges manuelles  se réalisent avec un tri exigeant à la vigne et au chais sur table de tris vibrante.

Nous réalisons volontairement un rendement faible afin de proposer à notre clientèle des vins précis et équilibrés. Nos vignes,  vieilles et accidentées,  sont labourées à cheval. Après les vendanges, nos vignes sont confiées aux moutons pour l'entretien du sol. Nos vignes sont traitées avec des plantes médicinales récoltées en montagne et séchées au domaine, ainsi que les huiles essentielles. Nous utilisons le calendrier planétaire pour la plupart des interventions sur les vignes, vinification et mise en bouteilles.

Nos nouvelles cuves sont construites par nos soins en incorporant l'eau de source de Thonon les Bains.
Le gravier local et le sable de chamonix, pour pouvoir vinifier sur notre Terroir.

L'ensemble des interventions sur nos vignes et sur nos vins sont réalisées dans le plus profond respect de la biodynamie.
