A 10 ha estate at the foot of the Cévennes with 8 ha of vines and 2 ha of olive trees in agroforestry. The field has been created in 2020 by Ekaterina who is leading her project along two axes: sustainability; environmental and creativity. Ekaterina planted 14 grape varieties including foreign grape varieties such as Saperavi, Assyrtiko B, Alvarinho B, Verdejo B and grape varieties tolerant to fungal diseases (Soleri B and Muscaris B) and 240 trees (olive trees and oaks) on a plot of 7 hectares in one piece according to the concept of vitiforesterie: rows of vines and rows of olive trees and oaks alternate, thus creating corridors ;ecological covered with honey flowers. The grapes from the plots of the vines already have been harvested. in production (Grenache, Aubun and Marselan) recovered in 2020 in the commune, harvested in 2020. handmade, are vinified with a minimalist intervention to express the terroir: native yeasts, without fining or filtration. Small doses of SO2 can be added if necessary (total SO2 < 15mg/L). Winemaking takes place on the ground floor of their residence which is a former train station while awaiting the construction of a bioclimatic building on the plot.
