In 2011, after obtaining a BPREA VITCOLE in Beaune, full of energy and courage Eric was first able to find vines to rent and start working them. Then, in a second time many changes were felt ... It all starts in the heart of the Château -Chalon vineyard, a land steeped in history on marly soil (clay-limestone). Eric planted behind the guest house 1,500 Savagnin feet on this land untouched by any culture ... Since the estate has grown, it now extends from Buffard to Menetru-le-Vignoble. Eric chose out of respect for the environment to work and vinify in organic farming. It is important for this peasant winemaker to be in harmony with nature in his mission and to be in accordance with his ethical values. From harvest to bottling everything is produced on site. A tedious, noble task which prompts the choice to favor quality over yield. Today Eric produces organic natural wines (Poulsard, Trousseau, Chardonnay, Savagnin) in the "Vin de France" appellation as well as liqueur wines (Macvin).

Puis, dans un deuxième temps bien des changements se sont fait sentir ...

Tout commence au cœur du vignoble de Château -Chalon, terre chargée d’histoire sur un sol marneux (argile-calcaire).

Éric plante derrière la maison d’hôte 1500 pieds de Savagnin sur sur cette terre vierge de toute culture ...

Depuis le domaine s’est agrandit, il s’étend désormais de Buffard à Menetru-le-Vignoble.

Éric à choisis par respect de l’environnement de travailler et de vinifier en agriculture biologique.

L’important pour ce paysan vigneron d’être dans sa mission en harmonie avec la nature et d’être en accord avec ses valeurs éthiques.

De la récolte à la mise en bouteille tout est élaboré sur place. Une tâche fastidieuse, noble qui pousse à faire le choix de privilégier au rendement la qualité.

Aujourd’hui Éric produit des vins biologiques vin naturel (cépage Poulsard, Trousseau, Chardonnay, Savagnin) en appellation « Vin de France » ainsi que des vins de liqueur (Macvin).
