I started my winery in 2019 with 1.7 h of vines. I work organically and vinify using native yeasts, the wines are unfiltered and have little or no sulphites. I cultivate chenin, grolleau and cabernet franc.These are old vines that I pamper by hand, they like to be picked, braided, they like to be touched, talked to... They hate chemical treatments and never see the horrible harvest machines. What they prefer is well-ploughed land where they reign as all-powerful empresses, a mineral kingdom where friendly boots crunch on heaps of stones and clods of clay ;-)
