Pure. Not so much heavy, not so much acid, not so much long, but really well balanced!
Ben zo gek op dat oranje spul. Deze ook weer; iets nodig, bijna boterig, zomers fruit, maar toch strak droog en ingetogen tannines.
Light and dry. A bit saline with lemon. Great with white grilled seafood, but I could see this wine being overpowered quite easily.
