8.3 / $30. Nice Spanish pet nat. Big bubbles that transition to some flabbiness a little too quickly. Pear and hay on the tongue and an oddly perfumey nose. Perfectly dry and doesnt even telegraph alcohol. Very drinkable. It's a fun wine. This is why we like pet nats. :)
