Me Julien, Elle Marie, choose in 2023 to settle on these lands of Dordogne. Straight from the Loire Valley where I trained at Domaine Tessier in Cheverny, I have retained a particular appetite for Loire wines which inevitably influence my orientations in the cellar.

Our credo? Let's act on our landscape, respect it, sublimate it, the juice of this land will give it back to us!

This is why we are convinced that it is at the edge of the Wild and Agriculture that the terroir can express itself, that it gives its substance.

We chose a place where the forest is never far away. We are also working to ensure that the tree regains its place on agricultural land, within the crops themselves, by planting them in the heart of and around the plots but also by letting those who establish themselves there naturally return.

We also sow eleven forage species inside our vine rows. The objective is both to nourish our soil, offer it better permeability but also to promote biodiversity.

We work on a five-hectare plot located in Périgord Pourpre where our Sémillon, Sauvignon, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties mix.

Our vines are beautiful ladies aged sixty to eighty years old with small yields. Some, more spirited, are ten to twenty years old. All have been carried out in organic farming for many years.

The wines are made as naturally as possible, using native yeasts without fining or filtration, with little or no sulphites depending on the vintages.

We have chosen to favor natural containers for most of our aging: stoneware jars for the whites and old oak barrels for the reds.

Our different vintages reflect our winemaking choices that we want to serve the grapes. Whole bunch and destemmed maceration for the red vintages, direct press and short whole bunch maceration for the whites.

We always look for freshness and fruit in our wines. Depending on the vintage, more delicate and complex notes are added. We love these wines. We make them to share them with you, that they give you as much happiness as we had making them.
