It is since January 2015 that Alice, Sophie and Julien have chosen to tame the magnificent terroir of the Château, taking over from Andréa and Antony who have produced organic wines full of fruit and finesse since 1990. Thanks to the support and care given to the land for 30 years, we are fortunate to settle on 9.5ha of a unique terroir cultivated organically for 25 years. We are convinced that only living soils from healthy agriculture and free of chemicals can allow the expression of the terroir. In our soils, our hedges, our grass, our trees, ... we try daily to promote the living. Depending on the vintages, we will choose to sow, work the soil or favor natural grass. This long-term approach makes it possible to express all the originality of the place and makes all oenological makeup unnecessary. In the same spirit as in the vineyard, we work with care and as naturally as possible in our cellars. Our harvest is manual and the grapes are sorted in the vineyard and on the table once they arrive at the winery. Nothing is added to the grape except a slight sulphiting. Depending on the different terroir potentials of our plots, we will choose short extraction and vatting for fresh fruit wines and longer and more intense for our plots, offering us the most ripe and rich musts. We have chosen small tanks to work on the plot, some are also equipped with wide hatches for a softer peg extraction. Our wines are neither fined nor filtered.

C’est depuis Janvier 2015 qu’Alice, Sophie et Julien ont choisi d’apprivoiser le magnifique terroir du Château, prenant la suite d’Andréa et Antony qui y ont produit depuis 1990 des vins Bio plein de fruit et de finesse.
Grâce au soutien et au soin apporté à la terre depuis 30ans, nous avons la chance de nous installer sur 9.5ha d’un terroir unique cultivé en bio depuis 25ans.

Nous sommes convaincus que seul des sols vivant issus d’une agriculture saine et exempt de produit chimique peut permettre l’expression du terroir. Dans nos sols, nos haies, notre enherbement, nos arbres,… nous essayons au quotidien de favoriser le vivant. En fonction des millésimes nous choisirons de semer, travailler les sols ou de privilégier un enherbement naturel.
Cette démarche à long terme permet d’exprimer toute l’originalité du lieu et rend tous maquillage œnologique inutile.

Dans le même esprit qu’à la vigne, nous travaillons avec soin et le plus naturellement possible dans nos chais.

Nos vendanges sont manuelles et les raisins sont triés à la vigne et sur table une fois arrivés au chai. Rien n’est ajouté au raisin mis à part un léger sulfitage. En fonction des différents potentiels terroir de nos parcelles nous choisirons des extractions et cuvaisons courtes pour des vins de fruit frais et plus longue et intense pour nos parcelles nous offrant les moûts les plus mûrs et riches.
Nous avons choisi des cuves de dimensions petite pour travailler à la parcelle, certaines sont aussi équipées de trappes larges pour une extraction par pigeage plus douce.
Nos vins ne sont ni collé, ni filtré.
