La Pierre Levée is located in the town of Verdier in Tarn (81) near Gaillac.
Launched in 2021, I work 4 hectares of vines, the majority of which are made up of native grape varieties (Loin de l'œil, Mauzac for the whites, Duras and Braucol for the reds)
The work in the vineyard and in the cellar is carried out according to the lunar calendar (pruning, sowing, racking, bottling) without chemistry or oenological input but with observation and feeling. The harvest is manual and joyful for optimal sorting of the grapes!
The size of my project (4ha) is entirely intentional in order to spend as much time as possible in my vines to take care of them, and also to master all the stages from grape to bottle. This allows us to offer lively, sincere and unadorned wines. Those that drink well, easily and with pleasure.

<p>Lancé en 2021, je travaille 4 ha de vignes dont la majeure partie est composée de cépages autochtones (Loin de l&rsquo;&oelig;il, Mauzac pour les blancs, Duras et Braucol pour les rouges)<br />Le travail à la vigne et en cave est mené en fonction du calendrier lunaire (taille, semis, soutirages, mises en bouteilles) sans chimie ni intrant &oelig;nologique mais avec de l&rsquo;observation et du ressenti. Les vendanges sont manuelles et joyeuses pour un tri optimal du raisin !</p>
<p>Le dimensionnement de mon projet (4ha) est entièrement voulu afin de passer le plus de temps possible dans mes vignes pour en prendre soin, et aussi maîtriser toutes les étapes du raisin à la bouteille. Cela permet de proposer des vins vivants, sincères et sans artifices. De ceux qui se boivent bien, facilement et avec plaisir.</p>
