Launched in 2021, I work 4 hectares of vines, the majority of which are made up of native grape varieties (Loin de l'œil, Mauzac for the whites, Duras and Braucol for the reds)
The work in the vineyard and in the cellar is carried out according to the lunar calendar (pruning, sowing, racking, bottling) without chemistry or oenological input but with observation and feeling. The harvest is manual and joyful for optimal sorting of the grapes!
The size of my project (4ha) is entirely intentional in order to spend as much time as possible in my vines to take care of them, and also to master all the stages from grape to bottle. This allows us to offer lively, sincere and unadorned wines. Those that drink well, easily and with pleasure.
