We worked together in the same domain for 2 years. When one left to learn to vinify Mediterranean wines, the other remaining in Burgundy, we wanted to continue working together.

Our estate was born from the desire to keep our friendship alive. Willy, the winemaker, is him. After having learned the ropes at Domaine De Montille, he took charge of the wines of Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Durresses. With his wealth of experience, he has a deep knowledge of the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. AMI is for him the opportunity to let a bubble of madness burst. Paul is the gentleman farmer. Having been trained in the art of tasting in London and Paris, he is the link between the city and the countryside. His passion for characterful wines has led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler and Dominique Hauvette. Vineyard Our wines come from vines worked organically by winemakers who are also AMIs. Vinification Our wines are vinified naturally, without any additives.

We receive people at the Domaine by appointment from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except Friday 4 p.m.). Visit and tasting price €15/person (not charged if purchasing 2BT/person)

Vigne Nos vins sont issus de vignes travaill&eacute;es en bio par des vignerons qui sont aussi des AMIs. Vinification Nos vins sont vinifi&eacute;s de fa&ccedil;on naturelle, sans aucun intrant.</p>
