Young 37-year-old winemaker based in Meursault, Renaud Boyer claims to be a natural winemaker adept at sulfur-free. He cultivates 3 hectares of vines on the Côte de Beaune spread over the Burgundy, Beaune, Saint-Romain and Pulligny-Montrachet appellations. Renaud, who took over the vines from his uncle Thierry Guyot, a precursor of organic and biodynamic agriculture since 1986 in Burgundy, is quiet and does not seek notoriety.
