Established in 2023, my first vintage is made with local organic grapes purchased from winegrower friends. I am gradually taking over vines; as in the beginning of 2024 when I took over a few vines on family plots (0.80 ha). I support them as respectfully for the environment as possible : organic treatments, natural grass growing... With a small area of vines, all the work is done by hand.
All the grapes come from sandstone terroirs typical of the Cévennes region and are certified organic or in conversion. The harvest is done by hand and the crop is transported in crates to the cellar. No inputs are used during the winemaking process, no fining or filtration. I add a small dose of sulfites (1g/hl) at the time of bottling to protect the wine during this decisive stage.
My goal is to produce fresh, joyful and accessible wines!
