Le Petit Clou des Vents was born in 2011 (first harvest).
Purchase of 2.50 ha of vines and renting of 1.50 ha for a total of 4 ha. Age of the vines between 15 and 76 years.
Treatments based on sulfur, copper (Max 2 kg/ha/year) and nettle, horsetail (picked on site) and garlic (organic purchase) decoctions.
Spring water on the property (sources of the Dourdèze).
Horse plowing only when necessary, carried out by Isabelle Claudel. The rest of the time on a wine tractor.
All harvests are carried out manually in collaboration with the teams from the Mouthes Le Bihan and Hauts de Riquets estates as well as mine.
The wines are only certified organic because I do not agree with the biodynamic specifications, although I apply most of the ingredients, but not all.
No rose wines at the moment.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
