Grandbois Wines is a natural winery in the heart of Germany's Moselle Valley.

We practise regenerative organic farming on the steep slopes of the Moselle. The Pinot, Piwi and Riesling grape varieties are all grown and vinified in and around our village of Maring-Noviand. In the cellar, we neither add nor remove anything from spontaneous fermentation to bottling. We believe in presenting our wines as honestly and transparently as possible every year. Grandbois Wines is run by a husband and wife team, Tanja and Philippe, who both came from the hotel and restaurant business before devoting themselves fully to wine.
